In PEI this weekend? Head to the Indian River Festival for the chance to hear our Tosca, internationally acclaimed Toronto soprano Adrianne Pieczonka, in concert (for a sample, watch the video above, in which she sings Dvořák's "Song to the Moon" from Rusalka). The program is titled "Saturday Night at the Opera" and also features mezzo-soprano Laura Tucker. 

There's another operatic opportunity the following weekend, this time in Ontario: the Brott Music Festival in Hamilton will be presenting a semi-staged production of Carmen starring Ensemble Studio graduate and frequent COC performer Lauren Segal (last seen on our stage as Dryad in Ariadne auf Naxos).
